We have been RVing for 30 years in everything from Cab over campers to big diesel pushers. We recently were nearing the end of four years of full-timing in a 42' Entegra Aspire tag axle diesel pusher. Our plan was to work our way back to Florida from the west coast, sell the big rig, and purchase something small to take our one and only 5 yr old grandson camping now and then And some fishing trips for grandpa. We were stopping in RV dealerships as we headed east across the country trying to figure out what to purchase next, and found ourselves at Little Dealer Little Prices in Prescott Valley Arizona.
We fell in love with a cab over camper setup. It was on a Dodge heavy duty dually with the Cummins diesel. We were blown away by the quality, design and the enormously roomy Layout, wow have cab over campers come along ways from 30 years ago. We wanted it but how in the heck were we going to get all our stuff out of that 42 foot rig and back to Florida? Our salesman K. C. Ellis said let me work on that, made a ton of phone calls and had a great plan put together that same afternoon. He made the deal possible because just the thought Of getting that stuff back to Florida was almost overwhelming.
We made a deal that was mutually beneficial for all and started the process of moving out of the big rig into the cab over camper. It took three days and The dealership was kind enough to allow us to park under one of their covered spaces while we packed everything up and loaded it to go to Florida. Every single person that we dealt with at Little dealer Little prices was extremely helpful, kind, and easy-going.
We worked out the purchase agreement with Dennis. We were both being tough but fair and Dennis managed to make that experience low stress and pleasant.
Later it was off to see Sean in finance to deal with all the paperwork. He was 100% prepared when we got there for our appointment, had all the paperwork signature lines color-coded with blue and pink for his and her signatures, and everything went quickly and efficiently. We even managed to have a few interesting conversations about things other than RVs, great guy.
The owner stopped by frequently to see how our transition process was coming along, offered to let us borrow pick up trucks provided a trailer for debris and even offered to have his guys help us move boxes if we needed.
I have to be honest here for a moment, and I am speaking from much experience. 90% of the RV dealerships in this country are sadly underwhelming. We used to drive 500 miles every year just to get our rig serviced.
Of the other 10% , Little Dealer Little Prices is absolutely at the top of that class. Our experience there was without a doubt the least stressful and most enjoyable ever.
