Really poor experience. Dropped my car off last Thursday with a pretty detailed description of what was wrong, and they said they’d call me by the end of the day. End of day comes around and no call, so I call them and they say they figured out the estimates and will call the warranty company first thing Friday, then call me. Afternoon comes around and no call, so I call them and they haven’t even called the warranty company. They say they’ll call by the end of the day. I call back around mid day Monday and they still haven’t called me or the warranty company, and get mad at me for checking in. They say they’ll call me by the end of the day. No call comes. I call back Tuesday morning and they proceed to tell me they have no idea what’s wrong with my car, but they’ll do some more tests and call me by the end of the day. No call comes. I call back midday Wednesday and they still don’t know what’s wrong with the car even though I told them how to reproduce the effects. I ask to just pick up my car, and they say it’s not ready as it’s up on the jack, but they’ll have it ready by Thursday morning, and they’ll call me when it’s ready. Thursday morning comes and goes, no call. I call in the afternoon and the service person is unavailable and tells the person on the phone that the car isn’t ready at all, and he’ll call me back when it’s ready. An hour and a half later I still haven’t heard anything so I call back, and the service person tells me my outer tie rods need replacing, there’s leaks, and my new battery is faulty. Then he wants to charge me $213 for diagnostic services, when said diagnostic services should’ve only taken about 20 minutes to figure this stuff out, at least for the tie rods. I tell him no way, they’ve been extremely unhelpful and I’ve never heard of a diagnostic test costing more than $100. They end up charging me $150 for “driving it on the interstate” and “replacing the battery” without ever asking me if I wanted the battery replaced considering the two times I’d taken my car in previously to a different shop they hadn’t found anything wrong with the battery. Extremely poor service, they never call, and they’ll try and charge you for every cent they can, whether deserved or not.
