My husband and I, along with our 8 year old son, were traveling from Sun Valley, Idaho to California's central coast on a Saturday when we noticed a broken wheel stud on our lunch break in Donner Pass. We called Les Schwab, knowing of their reputation in Idaho, and while speaking with the team had confidence in their assessment and plan. When we arrived, the Manager immediately greeted us in the parking lot with incredible customer service, kept us updated throughout our time in the lobby waiting area, ending with top-notch service and a smile to get us back safely on the road, all within 42 minutes (8 year old patiently set a timer lol). Not only was the service performed so much quicker than we anticipated, but they gave the extra time and care without hesitation, smiled at us as my son watched them work through the lobby window, and had seamless workflows and teamwork.
