Read MoreI set an appointment up to get my daughters hair relaxed. When I was trying to clear up the details of what I was wanting done I was told that we would discuss it when we got there. We showed up and the music was blaring so loud you couldn't hear a thing. I immediately asked if there was somewhere we could talk. I was directed around the corner slightly, not better but I'll try. She continues to ask what we were wanting done. As I explained I was told that I need an appointment they didn't do relaxers and I'm not entirely sure what all was said but it was repeated many times that I need an appointment. We had one then I was told that the lady was going to be there in like 10 minutes. They went and got who I believe is Lenny and when he came out I'm not entirely sure what he was saying but I explain that if I can't communicate with you then we're not going to be able to do this I can't hear and I got the wave of that's fine okay. That wasn't satisfying or helpful. I set up an appointment I showed up I explained that the music level was way too much it was like a club and then if I can't communicate what needs done on her hair then I can't gamble that it will be done right. Still have no idea how much it would have been. Very distraught and dissatisfied. I thought I was very unprofessional to have the music so loud that you can't communicate, have the lady that was supposed to be there for the appointment not be there, be told many times that I needed an appointment, and all around felt like there was no concern for our business. Okay, then it won't be a problem. However that was my time that was wasted and a high level of stress put on me to be in such a thunderous ly loud environment and try to communicate. Never got anything done, and I never will be back.
