I was highly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I went in Monday night in search of a strapless bra. The employee was quick to inform me that bra fittings were not happening due to COVID - okay, that's fine. I helped myself to their selection, and tried on a few different bras. Not once was I asked if I needed any help with a different style and/or size. I went back Tuesday to try on bras with the bridesmaid dress I need the bra for. As with most bridesmaid dresses, I was struggling with zipping the dress completely up. I walked out of the dressing room, with my mask on, and asked if I could get help with zipping the dress all the way. One associate was happy to help, but was struggling herself, so she asked her co-worker to help us both. Her co-worker, who was the same rude associate from the previous night, responded with, "I don't feel comfortable with this because we are social distancing." and walked away. I understand people have different views regarding COVID, but what frustrated me the most was her tone and complete unwillingness to help out a customer. If I didn't need the bra so last minute, I would have walked out empty handed.
