Where to begin. We stopped into Landmark on a Monday, and drove a used van we liked. There was some phony price of $27k listed on the 22' Pacifica, and (we) not knowing that their website had another price that was lower $24,890, which i learned later that evening, began to bargain with them. The sales rep came back with our best price is $26,500 plus tax, title, etc., and said "I won't make anything on this deal, but if you add the ceramic wax coat I will make $50 on the deal". You know the typical line of bull. We couldn't reach a deal, so we went on our way. Later that same day, we get a text saying the sales manager would do $24,900, out the door everything included for $27,500. We thought about it, and decided this was a number we could work with, again not knowing it was listed for less online only, and the rep was trying to fleece us earlier. We went back to Landmark, they again tried to add $350 for a brake light feature that flashes 3 times which we had to decline, made the deal, drove home, and realized there weren't any floormats, which they made right. We went on vacation a week later to Kentucky, and got a flat tire from a nail. In the process of changing the tire, realize there isn't a jack, lug wrench, or even a spare tire. A nice local guy named John stopped, and assisted us. I really can't believe this thing is missing all these items. My wife texts sales rep Bill, and he says "sorry this happened, but some of these used cars don't". Boy what service! This is a 2 year old vehicle with 65,000 miles on it, and I've got to gather these items before I feel safe driving my family anywhere again. Buyer beware, check it all out yourself, don't take their word for it. We like the van, just not sure "you always do better at Landmark ".
