La Perla also serves food in their taqueria, I had the carne guisada with rice and beans, the specialty of the house in my opinion, best food in Bryan TX.

La Perla Tapatia is about as authentic as it gets in BCS. Trompo. Milanesa. Tripas. Menudo. Cabeza de Borrego. Cachete. Molleja. Carnitas. Tamales. Chicharron. Not to mention if they don’t make it they probably sell everything you need to make whatever you want yourself.
