Just because it rained quite a bit doesn't mean you can ignore the water restrictions in place. Southern California is really a desert and San Diego has the highest water rates in the state.
The Albert's Mexican restaurant here is mediocre compared to the Rancho San Diego and Lakeside locations.
California Coast has been my credit union for the past eight years although I seldom use this location. Panda Express has good eats at other locations, never dined at this one and there is a huge Chinese buffet that features seafood which I have wanted to try but never got around to actually going in. A dental office took over the culinary school, the sports bar is no longer here, but the Taekwondo dojo is still going strong. There is also a nail salon, beauty supply shop, and a few other shops here.
I feel other shopping malls should follow this example. The ones in Rancho San Diego are huge wasters of water, as are the apartment complexes there. They even filled the fountain with succulents. Get Vons on board with water smart practices and I will change the rating to five star.
