After purchasing a product from this store I get home to realize the clerk had given me the wrong product. No big deal, mistakes happen. So I return the following morning to replace the product. I was asked if i could return in the evening and deal with the clerk who made the mistake. Of course, I said that I would not and told them if this is how they treat customers I wouldnt continue to do business with them.
After returning home, I thought I should really give management the opportunity to make things right. After all, there is no way management would give up thousands of dollars on annual gas sales over a $10 mistake. So I called the store to inquire about how I could reach a store manager/owner only to learn that the person who refused the exchange was the store manager.
With an On Cue opening one block away, you would think they would want to take care of customers who fill their tanks there every week --- but apparently not.
Needless to say, I wont be doing business there again.
