They gaurenteed me that within a week or 2 everything would be fixed and the tires they ordered were way to big and dangerous to be on there rubbing eachother.. got a call from manager that truck was ready to be picked up. Drove 2.5 hrs there and only thing done was the lift/suspension. And show them everything that needed fixed still and i wasnt taking the truck. So i left again and they promised it would be done. 2 weeks go by and i call and ask about truck. They said truck was ready. I drive down again . So 3rd time now and get there and radiators leaking still. The exhaust still wasnt done. And put the other tires that are rubbing eachother on the truck. Didnt make a fuss about tires cause i wouldve pulled them.off anyway to swap them. But other stuff i wasnt taking as is for an answer. 2/3 weeks go by again and they manager calls and says its done. I told them this is last time im hearing this . And if not done i want refund. Told them i would be down tomorrow. So i called in morning to saleman and he said oh idk why they said it was done the trucks not here its getting worked on ill check. Then they call me back amd said yes its in the lot done. I asked if someone could send me pictures of truck before i make drive... they sent me pics via text AND NOTHING WAS FIXED YET AGAIN. Told them i want my downpayment refund . This was june mind you. Here it is september and they still havent sent my downpayment money. And i drove there personally while i was in a rush to airport and the manager had to wait for this person and this person and gaurenteed me it would be in mail in morning with tracking number... NO TRACKING, NO MONEY, NO CALL BACKS, NOTHING. SCAM ARTIST AT ITS FINEST. LUCKY FOR THEM I DONT LET STUFF GO SO FILING LAWSUIT AT THE 3 MONTH MARK FOR LOST WAGES AND EVERYTHING FOR DECEPTION AND ALL. SO THEY HAVE UNTIL SEPT 29TH TO HAVE ALL MY MONEY.. since feb been fighting with them
