We had a somewhat large renovation project (a complete re-do down to the studs for a big kitchen with high end appliances, master bath with a complex shower system, powder room, laundry room, and new flooring in the entry and gym) and are very happy with the end result. Khoi was our project manager and did an outstanding job at managing our project, staying on top of things on a daily basis, and communicating with us regarding status/issues every step of the way from the initial design phase through the final walkthrough. We had heard so many renovation horror stories from friends and coworkers but we did not experience this at all with KBB. Khoi and his team were on site every day, worked long hours, and ensured that we finished our project on time and to our complete satisfaction. We decided to make a design change during the latter part of our project and Khoi and his team handled it effortless, hustled to get the new cabinetry, and still finished our project two days ahead of schedule. I would be very remiss if I did not also mention Elaine in this review. Elaine runs the office and does a great job at it, handling all the behind the scenes work, ordering, scheduling, etc. to ensure that everything runs flawlessly. I cannot even count the number of emails she and I exchanged during our project and she never missed a beat. If you are looking for a competent, trustworthy, meticulous contractor, look no further. You really will not be disappointed in choosing KBB.
