My cellphones battery lifespan was nearing its end. I was contemplating getting a new phone which is quite expensive. I went to several stores which handles my accout to inquire about upgrading my phone. Some I felt were quite honest especially on Staten Island. The others were quite dishonest. One wanted to charge me twice for activation and a charge to transfer my data. I can go on and on but let's get back to the subject of the battery. I thought if I can replace the battery, I'll have more time to save up for a new phone. I called one place and they quoted me a price + tax and will take 2 hours. I called King Digital and he quoted half of what the other place charges. Never asked how long it would take for replacement. It was closer so I went there. He said 20 minutes. I looked at my watch and waited outside. Another customer comes in and I figured it'll take a bit longer. It took 8 minutes! Yes, 8 minutes! My phone is charging quite well and is holding its charge. Money well spent for a Great job. My opinion is that he charges a fair price and is not greedy. Thank you for taking time to read this.

I did buy my iPhone screen protector here and found it a bit blurry (the install was perfect). This was when the iPhone X was new though so maybe there weren’t as many good screen protectors.

My iPhone suddenly shut down and was not responding at all. I go visit the Apple store thinking it’s going to be a quick fix.
It was not.
Apple advised they were not able to help me and said that it was an internal problem.
I’m losing my mind. It’s my day off and if this happened during work, I’ll be crying. I’m top of that I’m not able to get my photos or data back. The tech advised other services and data recovery may cost an arm and a leg.
I calling vendors left and right and the prices ranged 200 and up to fix anything internal. I’m losing hope at this point but I looked for a place in Chinatown and this store came up. Called them and they said they can do it.
I go in and he inspects the phone and gives me a reasonable quote. At this point I’m willing to try anything. I was told to come back 2 days.
I’m thinking if this doesn’t work I’m down a hundred something I’ll go back to the previous repair shops. I went back to get my phone 2 days after and it was ALIVE! I’m thanking the guy and feeling so relieved.
If you’re having issues with anything internal for iPhones, please give this store a call. You won’t regret it.

I broke my phone yesterday and came to King Digital today at 7pm (they Cloe at 7:30pm). The guy there was super nice and changed my screen in 10 minutes and it looked amazing! It works great!

Iam a Uber driver. My working iPhone broke down. The guy told me he will fix iphone in 20 mins. But within 5 mins he called while I was waiting in the vehicle. Now the phone screen work fantastic!!!!!

This place is so great! I broke my iPhone 6 and they literally fixed my phone in twenty minutes. Its better getting your iPhone fix here than the Apple store because it's less cheaper. I had great service and very friendly workers!
