He told us it was detailed which was a lie, it was so dirty and I had to take it to detail myself, he also said that every car he sells he takes them to his mechanic in New York. It was winter, when I wanted to put the windows down, I realized none of them do work. The car had several issues including brakes. First he told me to leave the car, we did and we got a rental. Then when I took the car back the issues were still there. The second day I got the car, I drove my friend in it, he is a police officer and he told me this is in bad shape and will brake down anytime. Don’t take this to traffic before fixed. I took it to him again and he said it was in perfect shape. 2 months later transmission is gone. Car broke down and at shop now. It took him 3 days to get us a rental until the car is fixed. We had to go to a weird place in New Haven in the middle of nowhere, no transportation to get the rental which was a car fresh out of an accident and working weird, with wipe stuff, used dental flossing and stained seats. Totally disgusting. The stuff working there were so rude, especially Tatiana a Russian with a very heavy accent treated us like they were doing us a favor. Never waste your money. I bought cars from street side from Craigslist sellers and they were in much better shape.HE MADE A COMMENT THAT I NEVER BOUGHT A CAR FROM HIM, MY HUSBAND ROLANDO FUNK BOUGHT AN SUV FROM HIM FOR ME TO DRIVE IN FEBRUARY 2024, I WILL POST THE DOCUMENTS HERE. THE SAD THING IS INSTEAD OF AN APOLOGY THEY CONTINUE TO LIE. HOW PATHETIC. WE CALLED HIM BASED ON SOMEONE RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE TO ME, WHEN WE WENT THERE THEY HAD AN UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT BANNER. ALL I WANTED WAS AN APOLOGY. MY SON MISSED HIS CHANCE ON STAGE FOR A PLAY HE WORKED ON FOR MONTHS WHEN THE CAR BROKE DOWN. This is very upsetting for a teenager. This could have been avoided if he would take my complaints seriously instead of insisting on the car being perfect. Everyone had a ride with me noticed the issues right away.
