The last two times I've gone in to match a paint sample and purchase either a gallon, or this time, a pint. No major production of multiple gallons or colors, but it's taken an hour or more to walk out with it even though there's no one else in the store and obviously no line. This time I'd had enough and just walked out. I'll be giving my business to Home Depot from now on.
