I went to this store on Friday, October 11th around 5PM. I don’t remember the names of the employees, but I am pretty sure with this timestamp you will know who was working on that day. Long story short, I saw a bag and told the lady that I want to buy it and want to get a brand new one if they have it in the back (I don’t like getting items that were touched by 1000 people). While me and my dad are waiting at the cashier, the same lady that I asked to get the new one brings the same bag in yellow color to “show” it. Right after they bring the color that I wanted and immediately shoved in the bag not giving me a second to double check the bag. Sure enough the bag they gave me has a nasty defect (looks like liquid whiteout) on the back… absolutely ridiculous. I don’t think this is the right way to treat your new customers. I have no time to drive an hour to return it or exchange it, that was supposed to be a gift for my mom and obviously I am not going to send this monstrosity to her. I hope the management will look into this kind of issues in the future, because I AM NOT COMING BACK TO THIS STORE ever in my life again. Shame on you people!
