So my mom and sister got me a LAKERS hat for father's day it was a hat I already have in my collection, so today they went back to do an exchange. When they originally bought the hat, the person ringing them up said they would send the receipt through email. My sister never got the email, but because they were just going to exchange for me. I didn't think it would be a big deal. So when they went back to the store to ask for an exchange the first guy was very helpful and nice but it sounded like he was newer so he asked a coworker for help and the 2nd guy was very rude to them and sniffed the hat and telling them this hat has for sure be worn already and they couldn't do anything becauseit was already worn.(When I first saw the hat and noticed I already had it I never put it on my head) he acted very unprofessional and very confrontational towards my mom and sister. Then my sister said we don't want a refund. We just want an exchange because my brother already has this hat. That's when the rude employee said ok will do that so my sister picked a new hat for me and when they went to the counter to do the exchange the rude employee had someone else do the exchange. I myself am a store manager, and if that was one of my employees, I would have written him up for his behavior. Please work on your customer service. There was no need for this behavior, especially without asking questions and getting all the information before making assumptions.
