Read MoreMy daughter order her wedding gown here on January 3, 2020 the lady that was there forgot her name, told us the gown will be ordered and will arrived around the first 2 weeks of April, she took my daughter’s gown measurements, then the store was closed due to the COVID-19, we kept calling and calling for about 2 months, June and July and no one answer, then we decided to go to the store and they were open, that was around July 8th. When we got there the lady we originally ordered the gown was not there, there was another lady her name Vicky, she took about 30 to 40 minutes looking for my daughter’s gown she had no clue cuz of course she was not the lady that took our order. She found the gown my daughter tried back in January the color was champagne, we placed the order for a color white, so since January we placed the order and payed $600 for the deposit and they never placed the order 😡 My daughter’s wedding date was August 21, 2020. They are horrible on customer service and they never follow up, you have to be calling and they never pick up the phone. They make you come back 3, 4 times and there’s always someone new and they tell you it’s not me who took your order. We had to go back and forth we had to go about 5 times the first time was when we originally place the order, 2nd time the lady who was there was Vicky, then the 3rd time there was another lady they called her Guera, then the 4th time another lady Nadia. But the worst is they lie 🤥 big time very unprofessional. Don’t trust them, they tell you they’ll have your order ready such
day and it’s a total lie. They are a total mess. Worst place to go shopping for wedding gowns or anything.
