I recently had my hair highlighted at your Allen location by Julie. While I was pleased with the color Julie achieved, I was extremely disappointed with the overall experience. The blow-dry styling was poorly executed, leaving my hair looking unkempt. I also observed what I perceived to be undue pressure placed on stylist by the manager, which seemed to impact the quality of the service.
My dissatisfaction escalated when I attempted to address my concerns. After calling the salon to speak directly with Julie about both the styling and a minor color concern, I was instead connected with her manager, Becky. Unfortunately, my attempt to explain my disappointment with the blowout and my questions about the color were prematurely cut short. Becky's dismissive and interrupting demeanor was both unprofessional and disheartening, especially considering the significant cost of the service ($400). I felt my feedback was not valued, and the lack of an opportunity to speak directly with the stylist who performed the color work was particularly frustrating.
While I appreciate Julie's skill in coloring my hair, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the subpar blow-dry and the subsequent unsatisfactory handling of my feedback. As a result, I will unfortunately be unable to return to your salon in the future. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and implement changes to ensure that future clients have a more positive and respectful experience.
