A WOMAN WALKS INTO A REPAIR SHOP
I always dread having to deal with automotive sales and service people. Purchasing, maintaining, and repairing a vehicle can be so disheartening, understanding that since I don't know much about cars, it'll be assumed that I won't recognize when I'm being taken advantage of.
Until Joseph Motors.
After an unexpected tire blowout caused major damage to my SUV while I was traveling two hours from home, near my company's Lakeland headquarters, I had my vehicle towed to the first place someone from work suggested. From the time I walked through their door the morning after my accident until the work was completed, I felt like everyone at Joseph Motors treated me like I was a member of the family. The owner came out to introduce himself. The head of the service department gave me his personal cell number and kept in touch about the repairs, every step of the way. Every person I encountered there bent over backwards to work with me and my insurance company. Never once did anyone try to cross-sell, upsell, or charge me for anything I didn't need. Not only did they do an excellent job repairing my vehicle, throughout the entire experience, I felt heard, understood, and respected.
Because of this experience with Joseph Motors, I plan to wait until I'm on work trips to Lakeland to have anything done to my car, just so I can have it serviced there.
