I was a Walgreens customer for years and struggled with the lack of personalized service, which became particularly evident when there were issues with our prescriptions. Attempting to resolve these problems remotely—via text, phone, or by smoke signals—was extremely difficult and frustrating, and seemed to be getting worse.
Our doctor recommended Jolley's Pharmacy in Sandy, so we decided to give it a try. We have been absolutely delighted with Jolley's since we made the switch about four years ago. The level of personalized care and support, attention to detail, and both in-person and remote services—coupled with a proactive team that doesn't wait for a text or phone call to solve problems—is simply fantastic. To be fair, Jolley's also struggles with smoke signals :).
