Read MoreHORRIBLE!!!! In my 50 years of living I've never experienced a level of unprofessionalism such as dealing with this business. I purchased a used dryer and paid for delivery. I was told the delivery would be within the next few hours. So, I took the rest of the afternoon off work to be home for the delivery. The delivery never happened. I had to call back the next morning to excuses to why it wasn't delivered. It was finally delivered and setup that afternoon.
I attempted to dry the first load and after two complete 60 minutes drying cycles my clothes were not dry. Contacted the business explaining what I was experiencing and was interrupted, yelled at and then he hung up on me. Called back and was yelled at again and told someone would contact me about fixing the problem.
The US Army taught me to deal with matters such as this in a diplomatic manner. Now its time to deal face to face with this guy. So, I go to the business to talk to the owner. He was in his truck about to leave for the day and I stop him to discuss the issue. He starts to scream again and then he punches the gas speeding away. Hindsight: That was God's grace working.
What really caught my attention is a sign that was posted in the business:

I ended up researching the internet and fixing the dryer myself. I definitely would not recommend or purchase anything from this establishment again.
