I purchased a new 2025 Tucson SE from HoK on 5/23/25, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations, especially as a first-time dealership buyer.
From the beginning, Elizabeth was outstanding, she was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. She genuinely prioritized my experience and made sure I felt understood and comfortable throughout the process. Shannon in finance was both professional and personable, with a great sense of humor. She clearly explained the warranties and services available and kept everything straightforward. Josh, the sales manager, was also great to work with — direct, fair, and kept his word.
The pricing was fully transparent — no hidden fees or unexpected add-ons. They honored the advertised price and incentives and were very respectful of what I wanted and didn’t try to push extras I didn’t need.
The entire process was smooth and efficient. The only wait was due to my vehicle being stored at their overflow lot in Kenmore, but they let me know up front and took the extra step to have it detailed before delivery.
The facility itself is also worth noting — very clean, modern, and welcoming.
After the sale, they followed up to thank me and even quickly resolved a minor issue that wasn’t even that much of a concern to me. The follow-through was impressive and appreciated.
I got a great deal, felt totally comfortable throughout the process, and left feeling more than satisfied — no buyer’s remorse at all. If you take care of them, they absolutely take care of you. It’s clear they’re focused on building long-term relationships, not just closing a sale.
