Read MoreI can't say thanks enough to Faraj and his amazing team of EZ and Ahmed for their professionalism, honesty, sincerity, and genuine care. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Not only do they know everything there is to know about hybrids, they are also really good people.After paying for an incorrect diagnosis down the street at A1 Tires & Wheels which would have ended with me stranded off the I-5 in the middle of nowhere, I called Faraj for a second opinion. He told me to come right in for diagnostics free of charge. Although they were about to close for the day, Ahmed stayed after to help me, even forgoing his evening plans. He showed me the results as it was running which revealed that it was actually my engine that was the issue (not the transmission or brakes as A1 stated). They let me leave my car in their shop while I decided what I wanted to do with it, Faraj having offered to have my car fixed over the holiday weekend in time for me to drive back down south. Ahmed drove me home that day, and the next time I went to the shop to discuss selling my car instead, Faraj offered to help me sell it, and EZ seeing me walking on the street gave me a lift, as well. I really felt that I and my car was in good hands.Thank you Faraj, EZ, and Ahmed!
