As a whole I really like Husker Autos service department. The staff have become people I trust and enjoy. When mistakes are made they take care of me and when breakdowns occur they work me in a timely fashion. That said,the company has instituted a 3% fee on all credit card transactions so for the first time in a long time I wrote a check. That said Husker Auto, I dislike nickel and dime business practices. Credit cards are the cost of doing business. If you as a business are that hard up as to charge me to pay you, then adjust your rates. This screams of executives who undervalue people. For what it is worth google friends bring your checkbooks or cash I guess. Husker Auto as a company apparently wants to do business the old fashioned way. Oh…and I would prefer to give this feedback in a less public survey to the industry but doing so directly affects the pay of their employees…why should they be docked for the industries policies??? This leaves me to believe the company does not want honest feedback. I have no gripe with the employees. They are doing their job. My gripe is with the business as a whole and their newest policy. I guess since the company only wishes to use surveys to punish employees when negative company wide feedback is needed, I’ll use a very public post to share my feedback. I wonder if anyone in their corporate office will care. Again, as a whole I love the service department but these business practices are pet peeves of mine!!!
