Fortunately, I recently met a good internal medicine doctor (Emma Trejo MD) and thanks to expedite the referral, I have an appointment with another special doctor office.
However, I had the worst experience while trying to make an appointment at a place called Human Designs Prosthetic & Orthotics, which should promise my son the most important prosthetic.
Two non-professional nurses took turns answering the phone, and I had an embarrassing experience of recklessly hanging up and not answering. They were very unfriendly, unprofessional and rude people. Probably not the owner.
It's like an employee ruining someone else's business.
