(back story; I ordered things from the website and it was never delivered to my house, so I reordered it to the store for "insurance purposes”). So I went in very nervous and admittedly avoiding being disappointed and any negativity. I was introduced to Garrett who welcomed me and wasn't overbearing and seemed busy himself and was occupied with working and quite seamlessly enjoying his time singing but also aware of his surroundings. I finally felt comfortable enough to say I was ready for a pick up and he was very agreeable and helped me out. I also work in the customer service industry and he not only welcomed me, but was inviting and also upselling where he could without pressuring me. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thank you Garrett!!
