I was initially greeted by an angry mob of shoppers all looking for items that were clearly displayed above various racks or on the walls above the display, but nothing is where it's supposed to be on this fine day. Regardless of where it's posted to be, it's in another worldly dimension that from time to time you'd hear a very loud.."I've got it! , it's been found down/up here", you could also decipher that this was a sound of relief from at least one customer. Whew! They had probably been looking for a while for said product/products and discovered the item they wanted in an area that displayed something else they were in search of. Moving on, I went to find a simple Arcane shirt for my daughter, and online, it showed they're 100 in stock, but none that could be shipped prior to Christmas. So now I'm looking in the store (this store, unfortunately). After 35 min of searching nonstop, I ask am attendant if she can guide me in the proper direction , in which she replies, " I don't know just look. " With a bewildered look on my face, I said, "Do you work here? "In which door replies, "Duh, " so I walked off due to her rudeness. About 15 min later, I spotted another attendant and asked the same question. She guides me to a section that it is clearly not displayed and says, "This is the last our store has." Again, I'm bewildered as I show the attendant the online version, and she replied with, "That must be a different store. We only have this one shirt, and it's x-large." Now, being very frustrated, I just give up. I get that everyone has a bad day, and I get that things can become out of sorts from customers. However, this was out of control. I'll never be coming back to this store again. The staff was rude, the items were not clearly marked, and the internet supposedly lies about their store. Not others just their store on that day. Whatever you say lady.
