I prefer thinner ones with a nice “chew” (not chewy. This wonderfully fit the bill. I can’t remember ever having better ones of this style. I asked for the secret, but no dice. They also listen to your order and deliver, e.g. eggs scrambled soft were so, and crisp bacon was just that. Offering two styles of coffee (regular and dark roast) was a nice touch for a diner. Service was friendly and efficient, and we never had to ask for refills. My wife’s veggie scramble was loaded and scrumptious, and they cheerfully subbed tomatoes for hash browns. If we lived in the area, we’d be regulars here.
