Let me preface this review by saying I've bought and sold more branded title cars then I would care to admit. Some from larger dealers like AutoSource/AutoSavvy, and some from smaller dealers. I've got a lot of experience with buying cars, here was my experience with High Line Auto Sales: Salesman: I worked primarily with Sam and a little bit with Shane and both of them were super friendly and easygoing. If you're worried about sleazy high pressure salesman then you have nothing to fear car shopping here. Sam said multiple times throughout the process "if it's meant to work out, it will work out." And that is very much their approach to sales, super chill and easygoing. They were also super communicative over text the entire time while we were going back and forth. I have nothing but positive things to say about the sales experience with this dealer. Quality: If you've bought a branded title car before, you know that they can have their little "quirks." The quality of rebuild between dealerships can vary WIDELY. In my experience the last few years larger dealers like AutoSavvy have gotten very slap dash and corner cutty with their rebuilds. I bought a car from AutoSavvy before and had the dash light up like a Christmas tree 30 minutes after leaving the dealer. I had another car from them (AutoSavvy AGAIN) that had the stereo and infotainment sh*t the bed only a month after purchasing the car. I've also bought cars from them (and other smaller dealers) that have had no issues at all. Point of saying all that being: buying a branded title car can feel like a bit of a gamble, and the quality can vary heavily depending on where you're buying from. With all that said, the car I bought from High Line (a 2019 WRX STI) is one of if not the best quality rebuilds I've ever purchased. The car runs really well, and while it does have a few of those little branded title "quirks" they are small and inoffensive and not anything I'm terribly worried about. If something goes terribly wrong very quickly I'll be sure to update this review, but as of right now, I have no real complaints about the car itself. On the contrary, maybe it's the honeymoon phase but it's my favorite of the 9 cars i've owned so far. All in all the experience here was very positive, and I would absolutely car shop with Sam and Shane again in the future. Top notch.
