At first, what all about you told is not the true. You was the first one whobegan the argument. You also need to learn if you want to respect from somebody, you need to respect them first. I don't really know the cashier name. But maybe that cashier. She was explain for you why the card decline and what she need from you. And i dont know if you heard or not. And the machine was time out, and she turn around the machine to put it again. And you mad, later, you said with your mom, That she crazy, in your languega. And she do nothing. And when she put the sound to call manager come, you still talk with your mom something bad to her. And also she understand that. I think that why she mad.
