Both during the process and after (when my husband had tech questions), Faris was responsive, patient, efficient and personable. There is a BMW dealer within a few miles of our house, but when I decided to look into purchasing a BMW, it made sense to travel 30 miles north to see Faris. What a good decision. Faris was generous with his time during a very busy period, and understood intuitively what features of the X3 were important for me to understand. I've never had a better test drive experience, which is HUGE; the vibe was road trip with a congenial and knowledgeable friend. Without a doubt, Faris sold me on the car, but a combination of economic uncertainty, the low mileage on my car, and my typical practice around major purchases, caused me to sleep on a final decision and I have decided to wait.
