They were probably some of the most unhelpful people I've ever dealt with in regards to a botched delivery. For the record, this has nothing to do with the shipping company. I'm talking strictly about the way they handled the issue and every interaction between. It was like pulling their teeth and/or prompting them to do something so we could resolve the issue. Once the money was in the bank on their end, they could care less is what I got out of the experience. It was almost like they were trying to exhaust me or hope I'd give up on resolving the issue that went on for WEEKS. I'd never spend a penny with them ever again!
The business reply does no justice to my review, as they are trying to pass the buck like this didn't happen because my name, email, and/or address doesn't match their records? Ha! I knew they'd do this! Fact is, they don't know how many times I've order from them. It was more than twice but never again! Nice try HP. What's your excuse now?
