  • Zero stars!!!! Brought stuff in. Said no one was there to discuss my job. They source the work out and claim to be a pedal Store but the guy was clueless. Told me I would hear back by the end of the day ( Saturday). No call. No call Sunday. I called they were closed. Left message. No return call about the job. I got ahold a guy on Thursday he said someone will call you right back@ he just stepped out”. Yeah right. Friday I got a message to call them to discuss the pedals. The following Monday we connected. Guy said it would be two weeks to do the work. I was sceptical. It took 7 weeks and I had to threaten legal action to get a call that said they are all ready for pick up. Two were fine one I don’t think was even looked at. Place is a scam. ZERO STARS.

Great "little" shop. Small space with massive inventory. knowledgable, friendly, and helpful staff. They care if your happy. In this world of "buy it now" and "add to cart" its great to walk into a physical space, interact with someone that knows what they are...Read More

I don't get here as often as I like, but each time I do make it in, it's a good experience. I think I spent about an hour testing out pedals today, and the gentleman helping me (I forgot to ask his name - Greer Hat...Read More

I had another great experience at the Pedal Shoppe today buying a really cool delay pedal. Calm inviting environment where you can craft some tone and really enjoy playing a variety of boutique gear. Buy with confidence!

The absolute best place to buy guitar pedals. They carry guitar pedals that I've only ever seen online that places like guitar center don't carry. The staff is the friendliest and most knowledgeable people you'll find at any music retailer. Great selection of guitars and...Read More

It's a shop. With only guitar pedals. It's fantastic. The owner/manager is really chill and nice and you can spend hours in here just playing with the pedals. There's an awesome selection and I had to stop myself from spending too much money.

When I was told by others that there was no hope to repair my 50 year old Mastro ring modulater, these guys looked at and said "piece of cake" we can fix it. And they did. Highly recommended.
