He thought the location was open until 6:00 and has a very important event he needed his haircut for tomorrow. The woman that answered the phone assured him that he would be helped if he arrived so he went to the store versus another one. He also offered to pay a little extra because of the inconvenience. When he arrived to this location at 4:57, he was about to open the door which was unlocked since they were truly open, and an African American lady, not the lady that originally answered the phone, opened the door told him that they were closed. He mentioned he had called ahead and was informed he would be helped out, he also said it was 3mins to close. She said "I have an emergency to go to so there's no way I'm helping you." She slammed the door and locked it in his face. The woman that actually answered the phone came and opened the door and allowed him to come in. The other woman, who obviously wasn't having an emergency, stayed kept spouting off about how he was rude and inconsiderate. She was persistent while he was sitting in the chair of this other kind woman. When she would not stop demoralizing him, he asked her to stop and mentioned he wasn't needing any of her assistance and she could go to her "emergency." She took out her phone and continued to record him the entire length of the time he was there because of how angry she was. When he told her to stop yelling at him, she said he was abusive. The only reason I'm giving this location two stars is because the woman that helped him was extremely pleasant and considerate and kept to her word. This employee was extremely inconsiderate and should not have a job working with customers. I bet you this recording of my husband will go on social media despite the fact that this individual was in the wrong. She should not be dealing with customers nor sharp objects because imagine making her mad and having scissors in her hand. She should be fired.
