First i want to say I did not take down my last review because I was asked, I took it down because the way Goodyear handle my situation was more than I expected.
As I said, I E-Mail (Website, not this location) Goodyear on the situation & only commented here because it has been 2 weeks with no response. It only took 3 hours after I wrote my experience for the distract manager to contact me & express his sincerely apologies. The first thing that I wanted to express was that I do not want any one fired over a small mistake. He insured me that no one will be fired but the information will be relayed to the store to better improve customer experience. He explained that he reads customer feed back to better improve the store locations & that they stand behind their work. The district manager offer to refund me what it cost me out of pocket to fix what should of been fix when I had Goodyear do the work. This honestly was more than I expected.
As stated: In the 6+ years of having my car service at Goodyear, I never had any problems when it comes to oil changes, alignments, customer service, buying tires or using the road hazard warranty. It was one small mistake in which I should of talked to the store manager first instead of posting an angry comment. I will continue to use Goodyear as I have been for the pass 6+ years.
TL:DR:
-Had CV Axle service
-Mechanic did not properly tighten a bolt which cause a cranking sound when you shift
-Took it to Goodyear again, they did not find the problem
-Took it to a different mechanic who tighten the bolt & my car has been crank free ever since.
-Wrote angry comment
-District Manager contacted me & offer to refund me the cost of the diagnostics/inspection fee
