I pulled my car up so the next vehicle could be unloaded and got the mattress back out to strap to the roof of my car (I was going shopping afterwards.) While I was getting bungie cords out an employee approached me from behind and told me if I didn't get the mattress loaded back up they'd call the police on me for illegal dumping. That sat well enough with me that I decided to see the manager, whose justification of the employees behavior was an explanation of why Goodwill doesn't accept mattresses. One exceptionally rude employee and dim manager are enough to warrant my future donations being done in Franklin.
