An individual wrongfully illegally donated ALL of my belongings to this location. By the time I found out what happened and gone to the location I was told my things were already processed and on the floor. I had also contacted corporate about this. Whom started out with if the store does not give you your things back then call back. Well they did not. They got put back. I called again got told the same thing again was told loss prevention was going to get involved. Told them the day exact vehicle that dropped off as we as the description of the person. Went back had to look for my things all over again. Not only to not find half of what i had the 1st time but to find an entire new pile of my things that had come out to sales floor. So i was lied too because all my things were NOT on the sales floor. So now I have the most wonderful human working there Priscilla made sure my things would not be put back on the floor again. As well as if it was up to her id give 10 stars however she is the only reason this place got even 1 star. So Yet another call to corporate but this time a very curt and almost rude sort of attitude is what i received. Basically telling me to speak to store manager. Its up to him. I spoke to store manager whom basically did everything but call me a liar out right. Then i said well i have proof of the items belonging to me. I have pictures of probably almost everything i own. So he said hed call me back was i willing to attend a metting with loss prevention managers the DM etc and bring in my proof. I said of course. He called me back a few hours later. Only to tell me they were not going to have a meeting and that the only way i could get any of my property was to purchase it back. It did not matter that I could show proof of ownership. This is the most sickening thing Ive ever seen done. This place has so much donated to them what in the world are my possessions that got donated illegally going to hurt them to give back??? They get more than that stolen in a day. I have until 11 am 10/3/2024 to purchase my own belongings back. This is absurd. I would NEVER EVER so much as give a penny or a sock to this company. I will make sure I tell every single news station. I am going to put out what they have done on every single platform as well as tell every siungle person I know or encounter. I will NEVER SUPPORT THIS PLACE AGAIN. You had the power to give me back a small portion of what was tobbed from me and you supported the thief disregarding any concrete evidence proving it to be my property. You refused to even look at it. Shame upon all of those involved in that choice. Priscilla was the ONLY employee who went above and beyond to try to help me!!!

Honestly kinda rude to customers and I get it homeless people are gonna steal but be human you don't know what a person is going though you have no reason to be mean to them when they aren't even yelling at you or anything !!
