Alex is a much better salesperson than a technician. He will sell you what he claims your cart needs, promise you a warranty, and then in 3 months when you need help he won't answer phone calls or texts.
Warranty is all talk.
I bought a new charger, solenoid, batteries and paid to have my cart re-wired. $1700 later he promised me a 1 year warranty and told me it was good as new.
3 months after that it wouldn't run. Took me 2 weeks to get a call back from his friend. Not him. His friend brought him back to my house, and 2 minutes into diagnosing, he tells me someone had re-wired the cart and that he never would have wired it that way.
No one had touched the golf cart and it has been in my garage every moment that it wasn't being driven.
While working on it, Sparks were flying giving me a feeling that this guy didn't know what he was doing.
He said he would be back the next day but never showed.
After multiple texts and phone calls, I finally called someone else.
New guy shows up and I realize Alex took my charger. I would say it was stolen, but lucky for me, I saved his friends number and called him. The charger was returned, but no warranty was honored.
Do not trust this guy.
