Right from the get-go, their friendly and knowledgeable staff made me feel at ease. They offer a wide range of services including buying and selling gold, jewelry repair, and even house calls for jewelry buying which I found to be extremely convenient. Their collection of jewelry is exquisite, showcasing a variety of unique and beautiful pieces that cater to different tastes.
One thing that stood out to me was their transparent and fair process when it came to buying my old jewelry. They meticulously evaluated the pieces, explaining the worth and the current market rates. I was offered a price that was fair and reflective of the current market value.
