That's where the positive ends, I went in to try and get some information about some of the coins that I have picked up I went in on Friday and talked to his assistant he was very friendly and told me that the owner was out of town and to come back on Monday so I came back on Monday but I forgot to bring the coins with me I told him that I had pictures on my phone, he never even acknowledged that was there waiting to talk to him, he just kept putting stuff away then when someone walked in after I had been waiting for about 5 minutes he went right up to him and said lets see what you got for me, still never acknowledging that I was even in the store so I walked out.
I stupidly went back on Tuesday, this time I brought the coins with me I hand him one of the coins and checked it out and after shredding it and telling me that I had bought a piece of trash he handed it back to me and grabbed a book of walking liberty half dollars and started looking through it totally blowing me off, so I handed him one more of my coins hoping to spark some kind of interest or something, he shredded that one too and told me that it was garbage as well ,handing the coin back to me without a word going back to his book of coins so with that I walked out and will not go back.
He comes across as rude, arrogant and condescending if he treats others the way he treated me, I don't expect that he'll be in business for long.
If you're buying, maybe. If you're selling, probably not. If you're new to the hobby and looking for information, definitely not!
