Needed an SUV and they had a 2002 Suburban. Went and looked at it and a couple of others. Made my decision the next day and let them know I would be in on Wednesday morning to purchase the vehicle. Vehicle was cold when I got there ( not warmed up like bad sellers do), went on my test drive, came back and purchased the vehicle. I was shown the Carfax showing the vehicle history, service records, title status and previous owner(s) before we started any paperwork. As for the other reviews saying selling salvage vehicles without disclosure, every vehicle there that held a salvage title had the mandatory red tag on the front windshield. California has some of the strictest laws in the country, if they were doing shady things their license would be pulled and they would be shut down immediately.

Do not give them a penny until they show you they actually have title because they may not, leaving me with a hunk of metal that I cannot register to drive sitting in my drive way. I bought a car from them over a month ago and they still have not produced title or applied to the DMV to get tirle transfered. They have repeatedly promised to provide or then it was to apply and never follow throgh. One would think a dealership taking peoples money for cars would actually be able to give title to what they sell, guess not for these guys.

When purchasing a vehicle from any dealer and it appears that you were sold a vehicle with safety issues you can try to resolve it with the seller and if nothing goes in your favor then get a DMV Investigator involved and they will get things going for you or even get your vehicle unwinded I know because I'm in the industry. Scam artist, don’t trust them with your credit info.. let them run credit for a car I was interested in, then same day I’m going to purchase they said it was sold.. tried selling me a different car, then following day spam emails and credit was being used in another state buyers beware..

Beware, they buy most of their cars from the auction. As a Russian myself I would never buy any of their cars. And by the way, most of the 5 star reviews are written by employees or friends of the owner, Artur. Avoid at all cost!

pre purchase: the pre-purchase experience with them, particularly Artur, was extremely pleasant. i bought an old bmw, having kept a keen eye on the market for that car and similar cars for some time so i went into the experience with common issues, pricing, and specs all in mind. Artur was quick to answer when i called (from states away) and he answered my questions to what seemed like the best of his abilities. i expressed concern with buying such an old import without driving it first, and he assured me that the vehicle was 100% mechanically sound. Artur assured me that the vehicle had no issues and had been serviced by his company’s mechanic. he showed me carfax and it looked good. i paid a deposit online, having to send it to Artur’s personal account due to difficulties with their business account’s zelle. he sent me the paperwork and i sent him my cashier’s check. i paid for transport and received the car in a timely manner. post purchase: i received the vehicle off the truck and it looked as perfect as it did in the photos, but there were tons of electrical issues from the start. the car had to be jumped off the transport truck because it was having a parasitic drain due to an electrical failure, the nature of which was unknown to me at the time. for convenience’s sake, i will list the issues i’ve found since taking delivery of the car: windows not working driver’s seat not working (i am tall and this is very frustrating) !!!disabled check engine light!! - light doesn’t even come on when the car starts up and all the dash lights come on for a second sunroof not working and LEAKING wiper blades not working instrument cluster (speedometer, fuel gauge, odo, temp gauge) not working misfire missing fuse boxes one tire that was plugged poorly - blew the next day - spare tire had a slow leak AWFUL transmission slippage wheel speed sensor failure/no cruise control or traction control no interior lights work failed trunk latch actuator - expensive fix ac works, but blower motor is failed - only blows when car is moving over 50 mph poor suspension - lots of noise and very uncomfortable ride - they didn’t touch anything on the underside of the car before resale the electronics are fried to the point of the vehicle constantly clicking and ticking when turned off. the parasitic drain will kill the batteries overnight or during the day. Artur’s demeanor post sale was world’s different after i revealed the issues it was having in my first few days of ownership. he stopped answering my calls, so i had to make several textnow numbers to reach them. they would let my number go to voicemail and then immediately answer the fake number i’d just generated. this vehicle needs thousands in repairs just to survive a night with enough voltage to charge. i was refunded $900 to replace a singular electrical component that fixed the window and wiper failure, but the vehicle remains an electrical nightmare. i manage due to my own ability to diagnose and repair, but i still feel like i could have avoided the entire headache had Artur just been honest when i told him how badly i wanted to avoid buying a car with a ton of issues while asking him if this car had a ton of issues. in the start of a record-high summer, Artur lied to me and sold me a vehicle that had no working windows or sunroof and an ac that didn’t blow unless the car is moving. he took advantage of the fact that i wanted his vehicle but could not see/drive it before sending him a check for 5-digits. the car was priced on-par with 8/10 examples but is a 4/10 car. the vehicle is technically undrivable, having no ability to see how fast i’m going or how much gas i have. i am thousands in the hole and facing thousands in repairs; Artur sold me a TOTALED car. upon further inspection of vehicle history, they bought the car from a salvage yard and i don’t see anything that they fixed before sale except the paint. i have not been able to get them back on the phone and frankly, i have no interest in speaking with them - i’ll let my lawyer do the rest of the talking.

I had a fantastic car buying experience at GoCar! From the moment I walked in, I felt at ease and the process was stress-free.
