Let's be honest, buying a car should be fun but most of the time it really isn't. Luckily for me when I called this dealership on a Sunday afternoon the phone was answered by my salesperson, Sam Garcia. This guy made it so easy for me to make an appointment and get in there and demo the vehicles I was interested in. My schedule is really crazy where I work nights and have to sleep during the day a lot and I have lots of things going on and Sam made it super easy for me to navigate my purchase. The dealership itself is very clean. All of the staff are very friendly across multiple departments. The sales manager Daniel is an absolute sweetheart you have to say hi if you visit this dealership! Brittany in finance was not pushy at all answered all my questions and made that whole process pretty painless as well. Lassette from the parts dept was also incredibly helpful with getting me any accessories I needed and scheduling my appointment for window tinting. I used to think that the number crunching part of the deal was the hardest part but these guys made it real easy. They helped me get what I was looking for on my trade in and also were pretty helpful in the sales price of the new vehicle. I ended up with the 2026 passport trail sport edition and OMG this vehicle is 🔥🔥🔥. I expected it to be a challenge getting a good price on the new car as it's one of the newest and most popular vehicles out right now but I believe I got a fair price on both ends and couldn't be a happier customer from this dealership. My father has bought multiple vehicles from them as well and that says a lot because he's pretty picky! I'm looking forward to getting to know some of the service guys lol. But I'm not expecting that to happen anytime soon. Let's be honest brand new Honda shouldn't be anywhere near the shop except for regular maintenance 👍👍👍 If you're looking for a new vehicle please get in touch with Sam Garcia he will make sure you're covered from start to finish. I can't recommend this dealership and the sales experience highly enough!
