Absolutely disappointed. We have Active Duty Military Members Overseas who need to get their new debit/credit cards and most of the staff in there don’t seem to care. I want to recognize Mr. Ferb because the 1 conversation I had with him he was absolutely respectful, professional, and understood what kind of situation I’m in like many others. I wasn’t given an option to get an expedited card by the staff in this location. They told me 7-10 business days for a card that didn’t even bother arriving within that deadline. Nor provide a tracking number. I want to respectfully say if you don’t enjoy working here leave. If you’re not gonna give your 100% everyday don’t stay and be miserable. Military members don’t deserve this lack of professionalism especially after fighting for the freedoms and luxury ya’ll have back home. We have wives, kids, home mortgages and other responsibilities to take care of. The lack of professionalism and poor attitude in receiving our debit/credit cards in a timely manner is beyond embarrassing. This is the second time in 6 years where I have had problems getting a new debit card. FRONTWAVE Credit Union please make come up with a better solution to ship debit/credit cards overseas. And hire vets who are most likely gonna be a better workforce for this organization. These reviews down here speak for itself.
