My Experience with Miss Wylean, was not a positive one. I did not shop at her supply store but reached out to her about the hair services she supply’s on the side. One she wasn’t professional which should be number one if you’re indeed moving as a business woman. She took offense when I respectfully inquired about her history as a hairstylist/ braider, if she was licensed or self taught. Which are all wise questions a wise potential client would ask. And a professional hairstylist and or Braider wouldn’t take any offense to that. It’s about making the client feel secure and reassured. After having to iron the initial introduction out, I decide to give her a try. For the most part everything was via text, I prefer speaking over phone and or in person. She was a bit confused about her own schedule and availability. Just didn’t appear on top of things, organized that is. She finally offered a date. She was never pressured by me, she claimed all was ok no indication of any problems or potential ones on her end. I was always very clear as to what I needed and when and why. I was very transparent. Had no time to waste. Only wanted truly kind spirit and integrity with clearly some God given gift/ skills to do hair. She wasn’t trained professionally but claimed she grew up doing hair. So the evening before my appointment she cancels by telling me she had been up late doing hair and her back wasn’t gonna make it or something. Now she didn’t mention a sorry for having to cancel or anything professional, polite and respectful like that. Just it it’s what it is like. And this is someone who identifies as a Christian. Didn’t even care to apologize and this is even after I showed her understanding after that insensitive, insincere un-Christian like text. She cared not to say I’m sorry at all, even after I respectfully shared with her that a sorry would have been appreciated as well as respected. I was more deserving of that and that is more than righteous and professional. Her character was not kind, empathetic, understanding at all, she definitely DID NOT display the character of Christ. Their was no concern. To me that is something I don’t do and don’t respect, in anyone and especially a business person. And even worse an African American, only a few with businesses. SMH MOVE RIGHTEOUSLY AND IN LOVE. That’s why African Americans are still cursed now. Lack of Love and True Unity Towards one Another. Just to much STANK UNPROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE, ITS EMBARRASSING. IF ITS NOT THE RACIST FOLKS SMH ITS MY BROKEN PEOPLE. HOSEA 4:6.
