On 9/11/24, I experienced terrible service. I arrived at 7:55 PM, just five minutes before closing, but the doors were already locked, even though the store closes at 8:00 PM. This is unacceptable, especially for a business located in a high-traffic area like The Collection. Corporate needs to address this issue—if stores are going to lock up early, they should officially change the closing time to 7:55 PM.
To make matters worse, when I knocked on the door to ask a quick question, an employee wearing a gray shirt and blue jeans ignored me. I then called the store, but the same employee hung up on me. Retail workers, especially those representing reputable companies, need better screening and training. If you don't want to serve customers, retail may not be the right fit.
It was a girl check your cameras corporate and look at the time she answered the phone. Guarantee you’ll know your employee. Will escalate. Thank you!
