I live in the Burlington area, and I have been researching a great dealership to purchase a brand new car. Everyone suggested I go to Flow Honda but NOT the one here in Burlington, says their customer service is poor and it’s a total mess. So I decided to drop by anyways just to see what they had to offer, I was greeted by Daniel and as soon as he started talking I thought to myself the people was right , I should have not came here. He said “you need help with something?” Then I went on to explain that I’m looking for a car to purchase and I spoke to a lady on the phone her name starts with a J she told me to ask for her, he says oh Jennifer she’s new but I’m the manager, I said ok he said she is at lunch but I can show you around. So he went somewhere and while I was standing there with 2 other customers a lady by the name of Destinee walks up and ask have I been helped I said yes then she went on to help the other ladies. He walked up and said to follow him we go outside and he’s like here are the accords, walk to the back he says here are the crvs and he named the other trucks and that’s all we have right now, the other cars can’t be sold. I could tell he didn’t want to help me at all. So he said i will go see if Jennifer is back once he walked in I walked right to my car thinking I should have listened to everyone when they said not to come here. Get to my car and here someone say excuse me can I help you , so in frustration I’m like no I’m going somewhere else because he was very rude , I guess I looked like I didn’t qualify for a car . Her name was Destiny she apologized and assured me that she would help me find exactly what I’m looking for , very very sweet and knowledgeable. She took her time and was so patient , she explained every car I asked about very detailed. That’s a GREAT salesperson, and not only did she make sure she found me a car but every car we got in she would say ok Yolanda start your car or this is your car!!! I will definitely recommend anyone to go check out Destiny, I really thank her for helping me, finding a good reliable car can be frustrating and difficult and she made it fun , took the ease off I appreciate that. Jennifer did great as well she was very nice!!! Great Ending I’m excited and I love my new car!!!!

If your a female please beware of going here they will try to sell you crap you dont need and bullshit you into spending more than you need to. I should have known when it took 5 phone calls just to get thru to someone in the service department and then when I finally did get through the lady I talked to was rude and didnt really want to help me at all. The original person who answered the phone who kept transferring me was rude after the first three times I had to call. I was told they couldn't answer the phone because they are with customers. As if i am not a customer. This was by far the worse experiences I have had here but not the first. Had my car taken in for an issue that should have been under warranty. After explaining it to the service person who was told the battery should remain unplugged so it wouldn't die well they didn't listen and well it died. But after the supposed diagnosis of the issue and their 30 second video that doesn't really show anything that they have done before or after and trying to get a better explanations of the issue I was talked to like a two year old child because I was asking questions for further details. Then it started how it wasn't going to be under warranty because of an impact or crash that has never happened to the car. Needless to say after being disrespect by the service guy then I asked to speak with the service manager well that was an even worse decision. He was just as disrespectful and really only wanted me to pay for it. He wasn't into coming to a solution at all and basically dismissive because I was a female. Mind you this isn't the first time I have been there but because they thought I didn't know anything about cars they could get over on me which didn't happen. On top of that I found out after going to another dealership and it being covered under warranty because it was an improperly manufactured piece, that they had left off bolts from my oil pan cover from the last time they changed my oil needless to say I will never go back and anyone who has asked I told not to go there. The service manger doesn't need a job in customer service because he has none.
