Read MoreThis has been my family's favorite breakfast place for years! Some may say the atmosphere is outdated, but for me it is nostalgic, as I have been going there since I was a kid myself. Their service is fantastic. Your coffee cup never gets empty, they are constantly walking around and refilling it, the food normally comes out within 10 minutes, their portions are huge(I always get 2 meals out of my meal), their food is amazing, and their prices are pretty good. We have also been there for lunch and dinner, and all of their menus don't disappoint. I've never had anything bad there.
Today was exceptional. My 9 year old got to choose where she wanted to go for her birthday, and she said she wanted to go to Flames for breakfast. We went and we had Carlos as our server. We have had him many times before, and he recognized us. When we told him it was our girl's birthday, he made is extra special! He brought her out a Mickey Mouse pancake with her breakfast. He also brought out ice cream with a candle for her and her sister, and they sang happy birthday to her! She loved it and felt so special. He is always to friendly, and is a wonderful server. Afterwards, my younger daughter said she wants to go there for her birthday as well. This place really is the best, and we will continue to go there whenever we want to treat ourselves to breakfast out!
