I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the experience I had at your shop. It wasn’t just about poor service—it was about the inhumane and unprofessional treatment I received. Here’s a summary of what happened:
I had an issue with my car’s wheel and towed it to your shop. Initially, I spoke with a staff member working the evening shift, who was polite and professional. We agreed on a price, and I dropped off the car the following day.
Later, I was told the car would be ready by the end of the day. However, I arrived and waited the entire day, only to be told it wasn’t ready and that I would need to pay more. This scenario repeated itself for three consecutive days. Each time, I was given a different excuse, but no resolution.
Despite these issues, what upset me the most was how I was treated when I tried to explain my situation. I called the shop the next day, explaining that I was traveling with my family, including a young child, and that we were stranded in the middle of nowhere because of the delays. I politely asked for them to expedite the work and honor their commitments. Instead of a helpful response, I was met with disrespect.
One of your employees (the man with glasses working during the day) responded to my concerns with complete disregard, using an inappropriate tone and making insulting remarks. His exact words conveyed disdain for my situation and family, which was utterly shocking. He hung up the phone without any apology or effort to address the issue.
Not only did this individual lie about the pricing and fail to meet deadlines, but he also displayed an appalling lack of empathy AND WHEN I ASKED HIM PLEASE TRY , HE WAS LIKE : I KNOW I KNOW YOU MEED TO TACE CARE OF YOUR FAMILY AND EVERYTHING !!! And ended the call .( in other words f you and your family . . Even in difficult situations, there is a basic level of human decency that should never be compromised.
You never make fun of people's families mr glasses guy!!! ( it was a phone call so i believe that was the guy with glasses )
I have no intention of tolerating this type of treatment. If I had the time, I would seriously consider pursuing legal action against this business. I trusted your shop to provide honest and reliable service, but instead, I was met with deception, unprofessionalism, and outright disrespect.
I hope you address this matter seriously with that impolite individual . No customer should ever have to endure such treatment.
