I have been a client of Ferragamo for over 30 years, though last year I purchased a pair of heels that I wore maybe 3-4 times and the sole separated from the leather top, I went to the store and they charged me to have them fixed
I thought it was odd... as I was picking up my shoes I purchase a purse and the handles started to Frey all around the handles
I brought it back and they said they could send it out to be repaired and I would have to pay for it to be fixed.,, this is all in a 6-7 month span
I declined and swear I’ll not purchase another item.,. As well as spread the word on the quality that SF is producing.
I’ve never had an issue with Gucci or LV
As a matter of fact I purchase a purse in Rome and the strap came loose, South Coast Plaza location sent it back to Italy at No Charge
