I attempted to send a package to Mexico. I paid for express international shipping (which isn’t cheap). The person that helped me was very kind, patient, and observant. I forgot their name. Eventually I finished the transaction and the package was set. However, the package never made it to its destination. So I was consistently on the phone with FedEx customer service and they made me go back to this location to receive assistance. For some reason they said that was the only way I could attempt to retrieve my package and start a refund process, so I did. Upon reaching this location I was met with the same individual that helped me the first time so I explained to them the issue and again they were very empathetic and honest and told me they could not really assist me, that this was something I would have to solve with customer service over the phone. So they helped me get directly connected. So over the phone and in that location I was able to get my issue somewhat resolved. My issues with FedEx are far from over, but I’m confident that this location and that individual did what they could to help me with my situation.
